The blame lies squarely at the cankles of unaccountable social workers and equally unaccountable bureaucracies.

OK – it goes without saying that 97% of these bogans shouldn’t be breeding in the first place (and wouldn’t be if they weren’t incentivised to do so by our monstrous welfare ponzi scheme) but the simple fact remains, in most of these cases if the child was removed from the parent(s) once a pattern of neglect/abuse had been detected, their chances of ending up dead or being subjected to further abuse would be greatly reduced.

Why is this so frigging difficult to understand?
