So why did he not arrange for the Trade Union Royal Commission into governance and corruption to continue with it’s inquiries and referrals to legal agencies.

And why has he not condemned the CFMEU controlled state governments that have not proceeded with investigating those referrals?

The AFP probably aren’t worried about client privilege because it looks like their lawyer was in on the gig so privilege doesn’t exist. Same as it shouldn’t for SLAG since they knew of and covered for Gillard and Wilson’s actions.

And when is this corrupt Taxation Department going to do something about taxing the criminal former head of the A.L.P. for the $20 MILLION he enhanced his personal income by, when he stole that sum from members of the H.S.U.?

How is his tax cheating any less a crime than anybody else’s?

Or does the fact that A.T.O. staff are all financial members of an A.L.P.-affiliated Union (aka protection racket) excuse tax-dodging A.L.P. criminals from the level of scrutiny and compliance-enforcement shown towards others?
